Pan Fried Noodles - Chaau Min

Pan Fried Noodles - Chaau Min

1 lb. thin egg noodles
peanut oil, for stir frying
1 T. ginger, minced
1/2 lb. cooked meat* see note
2 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. green onions
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. sesame oil

Precook noodles.

Heat wok. Add peanut oil, and ginger. Stir fry
1 min., until oil is aromatic. Add meat,
bean sprouts, and green onion. Stir fry for 2 mins.

Add noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir fry
3 mins., until heated through.

You can use chicken, BBQ pork, or thin slices of beef.
